Welcome
Welcome! My name is Dr. Lauren Meyer. I am a Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and Credentialed Health Service Psychologist.
I offer individual therapy and group counseling to children and young adults. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, grief and loss, behavioral difficulties, and trauma.
Through therapy, I help clients understand themselves and the world the live in so they can navigate life in healthy, adaptive ways. I value rich collaboration with families and therefore dedicate my practice to building trust with my clients. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to learn, grow, and heal, so they may experience positive change in all areas of their lives.
Choosing a therapist and developing a strong alliance with your therapist can be overwhelming. I am sensitive to the vulnerability that comes with taking this step; I am happy to connect by phone for an initial consultation before setting your first appointment, where I can answer your questions and share about the therapy process.

Meet Lauren
Finding and developing a strong alliance with a therapist can be an overwhelming process. I am very sensitive to this. My clients seek therapy looking for support. They may be avoiding things they used to really enjoy. They may have a hard time connecting with others. Things may feel overwhelming, or heavy. We are all deserving of a meaningful and joyful life, and I would love the opportunity to explore that with you and your child.
Getting Started:
To get started with treatment, please review my treatment modalities, frequently asked questions, and fees. If you’d like to setup a phone consult (about 20-minutes), please reach out via the contact form or email me here. We can discuss your needs, treatment approach, and next steps.
